My name is Karie Turney and I have been given the tremendous opportunity to serve as the interim principal at Dardanelle Primary School for the 2024-2025 school year. I will be starting my thirty first year in education. I have had many experiences throughout my career and have learned and grown from each one. From my first classroom as a third grade teacher at Dardanelle to instructional supervisor and assistant principal. I believe that my years of experience will help me this year as I take on the role of interim principal. But more importantly than all the varied positions I have held, the greatest joy and honor I have gained from every experience has been the children and adults I have got to know and learn from.
