A huge thank you to Arkansas Tech University for coming to Dardanelle High School to help our seniors set up their FAFSA accounts and begin the scholarship application process!
Parents — be sure to ask your senior about their FAFSA progress and encourage them to keep working on their scholarship applications! And come to Parent Teacher Conferences for more help from the ATU Financial Aid Office!

Community Service Opportunity
UACCM was at DHS to allow interested seniors an opportunity to take Accuplacer (college entrance exam) at no cost. When students were finished the representatives talked to them about score results, discussed opportunities at UACCM, discussed career opportunities, and answered any questions students had. They also provided students with instructions on how to access these scores if they need them later.
Fun Fact: Both of these UACCM representatives are Dardanelle Alumni...once a lizard always a lizard!!

Students looking to earn community service hours have some great opportunities coming up at the Dardanelle Library. This is a great way to get involved, give back to our community, and earn your service hours!
Representatives from the Hispanic Heritage Festival visited our school to invite students to volunteer at the upcoming event on September 27. This is a wonderful opportunity to get involved in the community and earn service hours!
